I’ve spent my career around businesses, numbers, decisions and opportunities.
My background includes 20+ years of executive leadership, finance, operations, accounting, private investment, advisory work and entrepreneurship. I’ve held CEO and CFO responsibilities, earned CPA and MBA qualifications and worked with businesses and investments from both operating and financial perspectives.
What ties those experiences together is an interest in understanding how businesses work—and how they can work better.
Then Came AI...
Over approximately the past fiveyears, I have invested significant time in understanding artificial intelligence and its implications for business.
Rather than limiting that work to research, I began building.
That development became AugVation.
Through AugVation, I have worked on websites, applications, business tools, knowledge resources, digital products, content systems and AI-enabled workflows.
The process has allowed me to approach AI from the perspective I know best:

I’m continuing to build AugVation while remaining open to professional opportunities where my experience can create value.
That could mean helping an owner solve an important business problem, joining an organization in a leadership capacity, advising a management team, evaluating an investment, helping a company develop its AI strategy or partnering on an interesting project.
The common denominator is meaningful work with capable people around worthwhile problems and opportunities.
